New Zealand (Domestic) Orders:
All domestic orders are sent using NZ Post courier service. Shipping is FREE to New Zealand for orders over NZ$150. Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. You can view your shipping costs prior to making payment.
We ship within three business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. As such, please make sure a physical address is entered in your order.
International and US Orders:
All orders are sent from New Zealand via international carrier. United States orders are dispatched from our United States warehouse by United Parcel Service. Shipping is FREE for US orders over USD $100. International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order, and the continent you are shipping to. To calculate the cost of shipping, please complete the stage of the checkout process which includes entering the shipping destination. You can view your total shipping costs prior to making payment.
You must provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order so that the carrier can contact you if your package is held at the border. We ship within three business days of receiving your order. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days, we will use our best endeavours to contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. We will do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, packages may be held up by customs, and delays at the border are completely out of our control. As such, we are unable to guarantee delivery of any packages in the custody of governmental authorities.
Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. Confirming your order placement means that you accept responsibility for and will pay all duties and customs fees (collectively, Fees) that may apply to your order. We strongly recommend that you check your country's import regulations prior to placing your order. All applicable Fees will be an additional amount that will be collected prior to delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you may be charged, and therefore we strongly recommend that you contact your local government for specific details. You agree that we are not responsible for notifying you of all applicable Fees before you place an order for any of our products and that you are solely responsible for any applicable Fees incurred in relation to delivering your order.
Refusal to pay any applicable Fees may result in your parcel being returned to us. If the products are returned by reason of your refusal to pay any Fees, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount that you paid to us when you placed your order.
For orders placed with our US shop, products will be shipped from our US warehouse by United Parcel Service. A Shipping Fee applies to all orders placed with a monetary value of less than USD $100. A shipping fee applies to all orders placed, regardless of monetary value to the States of Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S territory of Puerto Rico.
Orders placed by US customers in the US shop are not subject to Fees. As stated above, orders may be subject to a shipping cost.

Additional Note:
Where parcels are unclaimed after attempted deliveries are made, and then returned to us by the postal service provider, we may charge you all charges incurred by us to have the parcel redelivered to you. If a parcel is unclaimed again after redelivery is attempted and then returned to us by the postal service provider or other carrier, we may deduct all charges that we incur associated with the return of that parcel to us from any refund owed to you. Parcels that are undeliverable and not returned to us will not be eligible for a refund.
You may request a refund for an undeliverable parcel that is returned to us. Refunds will be issued for defective product and will include a refund for all delivery costs paid by you. Lost parcels will be considered on an individual basis. Other refunds do not include any delivery or other charges that we incur and will not be processed until the goods have been received by us. Some countries have special regulations specific to importing honey and other bee products. By placing an order for our products, you represent that the contents of your order are approved items of import into the country of destination/delivery.
You accept full responsibility and any associated risk of any items or package (or part thereof) being detained by customs or other governmental authority for whatever reason and acknowledge and agree that you will not hold Manuka Health liable for orders unable to be delivered to your destination due to import or other regulations.
